AIRTAME - It is a small wireless HDMI device that plugs into the HDMI port of any screen or projector. Unlike other wireless HDMI devices, nothing is plugged into your computer or smartphone. Simply download our app and stream your content to the screen from any major computer platform, tablet, or smartphone. When no one is streaming to the TV, you can set the default display to show a website or dashboard for something functional, like sales numbers, or just to show something pretty, like your company logo. But that’s just what it does now. We have a very ambitious plan for a wireless future.
No most certainly not. The whole idea behind Airtame is that we don’t care which device you have or what plugs are in it. You only need to install our small app on your device and then you can stream to Airtame over WiFi. Yes! We haven’t invented wireless power..yet. So it’s powered with (an included) USB cable + power socket. Most TV’s actually have a USB power you can use - right next to the HDMI port. A normal unboxing and set up can be done in 5-10 minutes if it’s first time you try. We recommend taking a look at the getting started guides we have made that will give you better understanding and learn to set up Airtame devices in 2 minutes.
